Brannon Lambert, President
Brannon has a passion for building real estate related businesses. He has had proven successes taking simple ideas and
creating competitive advantages. Over his 20+ year career, he understands that a company’s strength is measured by the character of its employees. He believes that honesty and integrity come first no matter what, and success will follow.
Brannon began his career after college working as a financial analyst for a golf course residential developer. After a few years learning about the real estate industry, Brannon formed Excelsior Group, Inc. (EGI) to develop, own and manage affordable housing
for older adults. Over a six year period, in partnership with the Stough Group, EGI successfully developed over 300 affordable senior living units in five residential communities throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area.
Brannon left the senior housing business in the late 90’s and teamed up with a long-time friend to launch a company now called VHT Studios (www.VHT.com). Over the next 10 years, Brannon and his business partner Brian Balduf grew the company to over 60 employees
and 125 contractors. Today VHT is known in the Residential Real Estate industry as the premier provider of visual marketing services throughout the country. Brannon still serves on VHT’s Board of Directors.
Chicago Premier Suites, LLC is Brannon’s 3rd real estate related venture. He is enjoying the thrills of building a business from the ground up once again and relies heavily on his dedicated and talented team to move the business forward each day.
Brannon earned a BBA degree with a dual major in Marketing & Real Estate Finance/Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been a registered Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois since 1992. Brannon serves on the Board of
Directors for VHT Studios and several condo boards throughout the city.
Tim Dusza, Property Manager
Growing up in Chicago’s western suburbs, Tim learned the fine art of customer
service and people management skills at a young age. Spending his formative years learning the hospitality business at a retirement community, it was at this time that Tim realized he had a passion for customer service and working with clients to help make
their lives easier and more fulfilled.
Tim utilized his great customer service skills while attending college at Southern Illinois University. When he wasn’t studying the particulars of World War II or driving cross-country with friends, he worked for Panera Bread in
their management program. Tim was one of the youngest managers in the country and was responsible for opening 6 stores throughout the southern Illinois and western Missouri market.
After graduation, Tim moved to the city of Chicago, a dream he had hoped to fulfill since his first visit to Wrigley Field as a young child. Tim joined a property leasing consulting group, waking an unknown passion for Real Estate.
Becoming a part of the Chicago Premier Suites team has provided Tim the opportunity to help clients discover and explore what he considers to be the best city in the United States.
Kathleen Rodriguez, Property Manager
Kathy’s experience traveling around the world as a Logistics Operator
in the US Army lends her a unique perspective to this industry. Every day Kathy utilizes her organizational skills to help provide our clients with a memorable experience when visiting our great city of Chicago.
Kathy was raised in the south suburbs of Chicago Since the age of 15, she always had a job, holding various positions in the service industry. Upon graduating high school, Kathy took a position for a short time with
an industrial supplier working as a switchboard operator before joining the Army.
Kathy served 4 years in the US Army earning various awards and certificates throughout her military career, including Certificate of Promotion, Squad Leader and the Army Achievement Medal. While enjoying her travels
around the world, she was fortunate to learn valuable life lessons while working closely with several highly decorated Army Leaders.
Following her career in the US Army, Kathy pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Governor’s State University. She graduated with honors in Business Administration and Management. While attending college, she worked
for Panera Bread as a Catering Coordinator utilizing the skills she learned in the armed forces.
Kathy joined Chicago Premier Suites in early 2013. When not working, Kathy enjoys spending time with her 2 children and husband attending concerts in the park, exploring museums and relaxing at home.
Jean Coatar, Client Relations Manager
Jean brings positive energy to all her endeavors. A graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC)
with a Liberal Arts Degree in English Literature and a Minor in French, Jean has always moved in the direction that makes her happy.
Jean is a Chicago native, growing up on the northwest side attending parochial schools up until college. After graduating from UIC, Jean began working for Norman Security Systems, a family-owned business that later merged with SBC and then Tyco. Jean started
in the alarm call center as a customer service representative and was soon promoted to a Supervisor. New opportunities quickly developed for Jean after the first merger and she was promoted to Lead Administrator in the Commercial Sales Department. She was
responsible for collecting and distributing new leads, managing the proposal preparation process, and preparing new contracts. Jean worked closely with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers and developed a great rapport as the “go to” person for the department.
After 10 years in the Security Business, Jean was recruited by VHT Studios to head up their customer service department. VHT was a start-up, venture backed company at the time she joined. Jean spent 14 years at VHT in various management roles, helping grow
the business to over $10 million in annual revenue.
Jean joined Chicago Premier Suites in 2015, bringing along a proven history of excellence in Client Services and Sales. She is enjoys working for a Company where a positive client experience is not only the focus, but the end goal.
After work hours, you will likely find Jean walking her new puppy and picking up the dog toys. Jean often spends weekends with her husband and friends in Wisconsin at her cottage "Up North". She enjoys canoeing and all the experiences of being away from
the big city and in the wilderness.
